• After payment is received, artwork will be sent for your approval within 1-2 working days.
• After artwork approval, items will be mailed out in 2-3 working days. 
• Thereafter, kindly expect local delivery lead time of 3-4 working days (excluding weekends / public holidays) by SingPost / Qexpress.
